Inspire Suffolk: Supporting young people onto a positive future.

 About us

Inspire Suffolk is a charity recognised and valued for the work undertaken with young people who need opportunities for purposeful reintegration into society. Each day, Inspire Suffolk works at the forefront of helping young people to overcome challenges onto positive next steps in their lives back into employment and further training.

One of our leading personal development programmes Team literally changes lives, tackling a range of issues that young people are facing. Over the 12 weeks, students learn many new skills and qualities to enable them to work as a team, build up confidence and self–esteem, all which play a key part in helping young people find positive sustainable outcomes.

We also work hard to provide young people the chance to take part in motivational education programmes and sporting activities.

Inspire Suffolk works tirelessly to support the young people of our county and beyond, and with your support, we can do so much more.

With thanks to Bruizer for capturing the stories of our young people and supporting our charity!

Achievements

We have been recognised for our work at the House of Commons, by the Prince’s Trust and by the High Sheriff of Suffolk including being selected as ‘Suffolk’s Youth Organisation of the Year’ in 2015 and recognised again in 2018. In 2014, HRH Prince Harry visited our centre in Ipswich to mark its opening and meet some of the young people with whom we work, which was an amazing moment for the charity and in 2018, we were invited to meet HRH Prince Edward to explain our work with young people in the county.

We are also New Anglia Youth Pledge Marque holders. The New Anglia Youth Pledge Marque recognises those organisations pledging to support the future workforce in Norfolk and Suffolk. For more information please visit www.newanglia.co.uk/skills

… but our real reward is to see the difference that we continue to strive to make to young adults and local communities every day!
