Paid tickets and HAF tickets for Ipswich and Lowestoft are now available!
This Christmas, we’re test-driving a brand new booking system for our holiday clubs – the clubs are the same but you’ll now use the Eequ site to get your tickets. Whether it’s paid tickets or funded adventures, we’ve got you covered through one platform. We’d love to hear your thoughts on the customer experience, so keep the feedback coming!
Let the festive fun begin!
How to book:
The link above will take you straight to our new booking system. If you have not used Eequ before, you will need to create an account by selecting some dates from your preferred listing, or by clicking on Join for Free in the top right corner. Signing up is really quick, and you can also join with an existing Google, Facebook, or Microsoft account. Once you have an Eequ account, just follow these steps:
- Select the listing you would like to book
- Click on the green Book button
- Choose your ticket type and dates.
- Click on New Child Attendee to add your child or children’s basic details
- Tick the box next to their name(s) and click Next at the bottom; you can also add a message for us at this stage.
- You will then need to answer some further questions; most of these we ask solely to ensure that every child is safe and able to enjoy our Clubs fully. You will only need to answer these questions once; your answers will be saved for the next time you book!
- If you are booking paid tickets, enter your card details, then click the green Confirm & Pay button at the bottom. You can choose whether these details are saved for next time.
- We will review your booking and confirm as soon as possible!
About Our Clubs:
Designed by our qualified staff, each club is jam-packed with fun activities to keep your child active and engaged this school holiday. Our new clubs not only provide an unforgettable experience, but they also focus on developing the life skills your child needs.
Our activities support your child’s learning while keeping them happy, healthy, and engaged. There’s always something to be a part of! Your child will learn new skills, meet new friends and make great memories.
We have four different clubs to choose from, which your child can now pick on the day, full of learning experiences and school holiday fun for children from 4 up to 12 years old:
Little Stars (4 and 5 year-olds): Our half-day club for younger children, running between 8.30am – 12.30pm.
Reach for the Stars (5 to 12 year-olds): Crafts and fun for budding artists.
Shooting Stars (5 to 12 year-olds): Full of games, sports, and high-octane fun.
All-Stars (5 to 12 year-olds): The perfect choice for children who are creative and love to dance! Delivered by Ipswich School of Dancing exclusively at our Ipswich venue.
(Not all clubs available at all venues.)
Age & ticket restrictions:
Please note that children who are aged 4 can only be booked on for half-days (our Little Stars clubs, 08:30-12:30). Children who are aged 5 can be booked on any of our tickets – Little Stars, Standard, or Extended. Children who are aged 6 or above must be booked on Standard or Extended days; the only exception to this rule is if they have a sibling who is under 6 and who will also be attending, in which case all siblings may be booked onto Little Stars tickets.
How will drop off and pick up times work?
Please arrive for drop off at 8.30am. At pick-up, if you are 15 minutes late or over you will be charged an extra £4 per child per hour or part of hour.
When you drop off your child in the morning, you will be given a card with our head coach’s contact details and a unique number on it. When you return to pick them up, please show us this card; if they are being picked up by someone else, they will need to provide us with the unique number assigned to the child in the morning.
How do I sign up?
You can pre-book your child’s place(s) below by doing the following:
- Add the selected tickets to basket and proceed to checkout
- Create or select an attendee
- Add required details for each attendee
- Fill out the additional questions
- Proceed to payment
At present, we will not be able to accept cash payment on the day or accommodate any on the day bookings for the health and safety of the children, staff and visitors on our premises.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How much do they cost?
Our clubs cost £16 per day and run from 8.30 am – 3.30 pm. If you would like your child to stay for an extra hour in Ipswich, we offer our extended day at a cost of £20.
Children who are 4 can only attend from 8:30 to 12:30, for £10.
Don’t take our word for it, what do the parents think?
“My child thoroughly enjoys the skills, games under friendly, encouraging and professional guidance of the coaches. We will continue to support this excellent charity, keep doing what you are doing, it is great!!!!!!”
“As a parent, I think the courses are brilliant, affordable and well worth going to.”
“My son has attended two Inspire holiday programmes and each time he has thoroughly enjoyed himself and been well looked after. Thank you!”
Are your courses inclusive?
We are committed to ensuring our Holiday Clubs are as inclusive as possible, while prioritising the safety of your child and our staff.
Our experienced sports coaches create a safe and fun environment for children to learn, socialise, develop and have fun every day at our holiday clubs. We take each child’s development needs into consideration when planning activities.
If your child has any medical, physical and /or learning disabilities and you are thinking of booking them onto our clubs, please contact one of our Sport Development Officers for more information on how we can support your child.
When booking clubs, please provide as much information as possible about the support needs of your child.
Are there funded places available this school holiday?
During the Easter, Summer, and Christmas holidays, a limited number of funded places are available through participating schools for children who receive benefits-related free school meals (i.e. Pupil Premium). Please ask your child’s school about whether they are participating in the scheme.
We are unfortunately unable to offer funded places during half-term Holiday Clubs.
Electronic device policy
For safeguarding purposes, electronic devices are not allowed to be used during Holiday Clubs.
Any young person using a mobile phone or an electronic device will have it confiscated and returned at the end of the day.
Should a young person refuse to put their device away or allow it to be confiscated, the Head Coach will contact their parent /carer and ask for the young person to be collected.
Cancellations, Illness and Date change policy
We will in all circumstances only refund tickets when a written refund request was sent to [email protected] at least 7 days before the date the child was booked to attend.
If you would like to change the date your child attends, including in case of illness, you will need to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of either the original day or the new date, whichever is earliest. Please note that each ticket can only be amended a maximum of two times, and that amended tickets are not eligible for a refund. Dates may only be moved within the current holiday period or to the following one (e.g., a summer ticket may be moved to another date in the summer, or to October half-term).
