COVID 19 UPDATE: Our holiday clubs will be back in 2021

Our team have been hard at work putting guidelines into place – based on their work within schools and our Summer Holiday Clubs – that will keep your children safe but still give them the fantastic holiday club experience that they love.

Children will be placed in “bubbles” of up to 15. We’ve also put in place stringent hand-washing, staggered lunches and more, to ensure the utmost standards of health and safety. This will also mean plenty of outdoor, fresh air activities which we know is a favourite!

Our clubs will take place between Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. This will allow us to undertake thorough cleaning at the start and end of each day, so you can rest assured that your child is in good hands.

An outline of the measures we have put in place can be found here.

Throughout the pandemic, we have delivered activities and learning in line with government guidelines in local schools. We are bringing this wealth of knowledge and experience to the operation of our own holiday clubs.

As a result, we will be assigning children to “bubbles”. These bubbles are a preventative measure to limit the number of people your child will have contact with throughout the week.

We will be implementing the following:

• Additional staff training
• Bookings made in consecutive days
• Designated drop off and pick up areas
• Stringent hand-washing
• Fresh air and outdoor activities
• PPE available for first-aid
• Risk assessments
• Thorough cleaning

To prepare for the return of holiday clubs, we’ve communicated with schools, venues and our staff to make sure we can deliver our clubs safely.

While there will be some changes, our clubs will be just as fun-packed as ever!

Drop off and pick up will take place at our Sports Hub Entrance. We will have a one-way queuing system in place with marked waiting areas for your ease.

Upon arrival you will be asked to wash your hands with the hand sanitiser provided, before entering the building. Once your child has been signed in, they will be directed accordingly to their specific “bubble” by a member of staff. This will allow us to sign in the children in a safe environment, avoid interaction with other “bubbles” and monitor a stringent hand washing routine.

These details will be included in your booking confirmation for your information.

We kindly ask you to adhere strictly to the area assigned and proceed to this area only as this will allow us to keep you, your child and everyone else at the premises safe.

If you need any clarification on the guidelines or are unsure where to go, our team are happy to answer any queries.

You can pre-book your child’s place / places below.

At present, we will not be able to accept cash payment on the day or accommodate any on the day bookings for the health and safety of the children, staff and visitors on our premises.

Due to the government guidelines currently in place, we are unable to take single day bookings. All bookings must be made for consecutive days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The daily cost of our camps is £20.00.

Due to the government guidelines currently in place, we are unable to take single day bookings. All bookings must be made for consecutive days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

This is to ensure children stay in their same “bubble”. This will constantly be reviewed in line with government guidance.

All of our camps offer exciting sport and crafts activities, delivered by our fun and friendly coaches.

Meet the Team

Our fun and friendly sports coaches, Josh, Adam, George, Cameron and Kyle are all going to be present at our Holiday Clubs! Each member of staff will be assigned to a bubble throughout the day and will coach several different activities. We know from our partnership schools that the children love our coaches and look forward to Holiday Clubs knowing that their favourite coach will be there!

All our coaches are qualified and have experience in dealing with a range of children with different abilities. If you would like more information on the inclusivity of our clubs then we have more information in the “Are our clubs inclusive?” section below.
