Quizmas is all around us – £1,000 raised at Seckford Golf Club Quiz Night!
We are delighted to have raised £1,000 at our Christmas Quiz Night at Seckford Golf Club this week!
Everyone got into the Christmas spirit early and helped make Quizmas a success by donning their Christmas jumpers, taking part in the Christmas Table Dressing competition and penning some festive themed Limericks! With our jam-packed raffle and prize draw for an overnight stay with breakfast at Seckford Hall Hotel and a round of Golf at Seckford Golf Club, we raised £1,000!
Thank you to everyone who attended and all of our prize donators – we couldn’t do it without you!
£1,000 will allow us to help many young people in the county onto positive next steps. For example, this could fund a coach for 49 young people to go on an outward bound residential trip, which is fundamental to overcoming challenges, facing their fears, building confidence and breaking away from their current situation. Activities include canoeing, climbing, raft-building and much more to encourage teamwork, leadership and communication.
