Holiday Club Support Coach

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Suffolk’s most energetic charities. The Charity aspires to see generations of young people empowered to raise their ambitions and realise their potential through the work that they do.

We are looking for casual Sports Coaches to support our Sports Team in delivery our Holiday Clubs.

We have four different camps to choose from, full of learning experiences and school holiday fun for children aged 4-14 Years.

  • Reach for the Stars(Reception and KS1): Supporting the development of children in early years education.
  • Shooting Stars (KS2): Full of games, sports, and high-octane fun.
  • All-Stars (KS2): The perfect choice for children who are creative and love to perform!
  • Rising Stars (KS3): Creating the leaders of tomorrow. Discover what it’s like to be an Inspire Coach.

Designed by our qualified staff, each club is jam-packed with fun activities to keep your child active and engaged this school holiday. Our new clubs not only provide an unforgettable experience, but they also focus on developing the life skills your child needs.

Our activities support your child’s learning while keeping them happy, healthy, and engaged. Whether its arts & craft, football training or Lego creations, there’s always something exciting to be a part of!

You will:

  • Support our Sports Coaches to deliver high quality activity sessions throughout each and every camp.
  • Ensure every child is enjoying themselves at all times & generate a great atmosphere centred around fun, enjoyment & respect; maintaining high levels of safety throughout.
  • Always welcome each parent/guardian and child in a professional and friendly manner.

We are looking for leaders who:

  • Have an ability to motivate and inspire children aged 4–14.
  • Have experience in coaching or facilitating groups of children.
  • Hold a valid DBS certificate (desirable) – you’re able to apply for one through us if necessary.

Dates / Hours

  • Half term (30/05/22 – 01/06/22)
  • Summer (25/07/22 – 26/08/22)
  • Monday – Friday (8:30am – 3.30pm / 4:30pm for extended Play)

Pay and benefits

  • You can earn up to £350 per week (pro rata) depending on your age, qualifications and experience
  • Seasonal opportunity – earn extra cash around your studies
  • The opportunity to gain meaningful coaching experience
