Savvy Wedding Show at Inspire
Brides and grooms-to-be have been flocking to Inspire for the Savvy Wedding Show in our main events hall in Ipswich. Our hall was packed with local wedding suppliers on Sunday for the Wedding Show hosted by The Savvy Wedding Planner. Read more about the great event here…
The show provided those planning their weddings all the aspects under one roof including make-up, photography, jewellery and even dance lessons and displays from Cowlings Dance Academy, with the Suffolk suppliers on hand to provide inspiration and advice to visitors. As an additional bonus, the hire of our Inspire venue helps to support us with any profit going back into the running of the Charity so do take a look at what our venue has to offer here.
We would like to thank the Mayor of Ipswich Roger Fern who opened the event with his consort Ellie Griss, and met all of the local businesses showcasing what they could offer to couples set to tie the knot.
We also held a raffle of wedding prizes with all proceeds going to our Charity which raised over £100! Thanks so much to all of the businesses who donated to the raffle and those who took part in the raffle. Those funds raised are so beneficial to the running of our Charity.
Katherine Cresswell from The Savvy Wedding Planner who hosted the event says:
“This event has been a great opportunity for local businesses to showcase what they can provide to brides and grooms on their big day at such a great venue in Ipswich. We are really pleased with the turnout for the day and would like to thank everyone who attended and helped make the show such a success”.
