Youth Ability Counts (5-18 years old)
At Inspire Suffolk we are committed to offering opportunities for everyone living in Suffolk regardless of their age, gender, social background or ability to play and enjoy sport. Our Youth Ability Counts courses offer 5-11 years and 12-18-year-olds with physical and/or learning disabilities or mental health issues the opportunity to take part in a variety of sports.
These are inclusive of anyone who wants to enjoy sports with fun at the heart of every activity we deliver! We aim to adapt to each individual’s own needs and challenge them in a fun a positive environment. Sessions include a range of sports including Football, Basketball, Tennis, Boccia, Cricket and many more. It’s the ability that counts!
How do the sessions run?
At Inspire Suffolk, we make sure every course is tailored to the needs of those who take part, helping to improve an individual’s agility, balance, and coordination as well as acting as a great tool to develop social skills, self-esteem and confidence.
How do I sign up?
Please call the office if you are planning to attend these sessions for the first time so that we can tailor the sessions to your required needs. You can also book onto these through the calendar below.
We are happy to offer a free taster session to see how your child gets on too! Just contact the office prior to coming so we can take your details for the register.

Who runs the sessions?
All of our sessions are run by our qualified members of staff who are trained to run sessions for those with additional needs.
We aim to keep the members of staff consistent for these sessions so your child / children can build a rapport and are familiar with the coaches running them.
