Inspire’s Step Up courses aim to provide young people from the ages, 19-24, the opportunity to gain industry-related training and qualifications required as a stepping stone into employment. Our Step Up courses last two or three weeks and support your first steps into employment within your desired sector.
We have previously hosted Step Up courses in Health & Social Care, Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Sport with companies including Vertas, MSC, and TA Hotel Collection with many more to come. These courses have allowed our students to gain qualifications and training they require to get onto their desired career path including CSCS card training and Health & Safety qualifications to name a few.
“I have always wanted to be in construction – I am able to receive my CSCS card through the Step Up programme. Tony has delivered this programme and given us an amazing opportunity. Tony is absolutely fantastic, he is down to earth and is on our level”
Our latest courses all conform to government guidance on Covid-19 prevention.
