Throw that in with meeting a new crowd (who might end up as mates for life!), taking on challenges together…and still having some time to recharge and chill. Pretty great, right?
You’ll pick up a bunch of skills designed to help you smash the whole ‘adulting’ thing and live life to the fullest.

How safe is it?
All NCS staff are DBS checked (previously CRB) and are trained to work with young people. The programme is risk assessed and regularly quality assured. We strive to ensure all young people can take part in NCS, and we endeavour to make adjustments to the programme to cater for a wide range of needs.
