Our Engage programme has been set up to help young adults aged 19-25 who have been unemployed for at least 6 months, providing that extra boost towards securing themselves a job, volunteer work or a place in further education.
The programme runs for two days per week, for six weeks where young people will gain vital skills to help them in their future. Throughout the programme the young people will gain skills and build confidence, building up key soft skills which often cause a barrier to employment. The group will also take on small community projects outside of the classroom where they will apply the skills they have learnt.
